Book draft by Jardine on local homotopy theory

Rick Jardine recently posted a draft on his webpage for a book on local homotopy theory. He writes: “This a partial, rough manuscript for a monograph, which is tentatively to be published by Springer-Verlag. The book is meant to be a basic account of the homotopy theories of simplicial sheaves and presheaves, and the stable homotopy theory of presheaves of spectra.
